Synopsis... Strong southeast flow ahead of mid level disturbance will weaken this evening becoming offshore after midnight. The low pressure center will track across the local waters on Friday with abundant rainfall and shifting winds. In the wake of the low a strong westerly flow will develop over the weekend and continue into early next week.
